  • Recipes from Stupid Easy Paleo a blog by Steph Gaudreau, a bad-ass Olympic lifter, Paleo cook, and food photographer. She recently published The Paleo Athlete, a cookbook that offers a keen insight into enhancing your workouts with proper nutrition. Eating to fuel your WCF workouts may look very different than the meal planning of a sedentary person, so this is a great source for pre-workout and post-workout nutrition.
  • Whole30 has a multitude of resources on the 30 day Paleo reset. Browse for recipes, articles, rules, advice, support, and scientific reasoning. There is enough information here to keep you busy for days.
  • Nom Nom Paleo is a well-known blog, written by Michelle Tam. She wrote the New York Times best-selling cookbook also titled Nom Nom Paleo. She is a playful writer with easy, step by step directions. As a mom, she also has a unique perspective on kids’ menus and getting the whole family to enjoy Paleo cooking.
  • Cookbook author and blogger Mel Joulwan says it best: “Preparing quality food is among the most caring things we can do for ourselves and the people we love. That’s why my cookbook Well Fed: Paleo Recipes For People Who Love To Eat is packed with recipes for food that you can eat every day, along with easy tips to make sure it takes as little time as possible to get you from What the *$&^@ am I going to eat? to stuffing healthy, delicious food into your well-deserving mouth.” Her website has a slew of free recipes and gives special consideration to Whole30 approved concoctions.
  • Ashley’s Pinterest Board: Whole30/Paleo can be a great starting point for food inspiration. Note that some recipes are Paleo, but not necessarily Whole30.
